They needed our assistance in May 2013 since they were unable to keep up with an audit for 700 surgical charts, which had to be completed in two weeks.
The Solution
We were able to put together a certified and experienced surgical coding team. They completed the coding audit for 700 surgical charts in two weeks, as per the client’s requirement.
The Result
The client benefited enormously from our services since they really needed some experienced coders to handle the audit, particularly considering the time constraints they had. But it turned out to be business as usual for us. This was a one-time project that was completed in 2 weeks. The client was extremely pleased with our medical coding audit services since we were able to fulfill their needs. We still keep in touch with client, and they intend to use our services again if a need arises in the future.
