OSI being a full service solutions firm is in a position to
help our clients in the healthcare field by outsourcing portions of your
staffing needs. Both through our affiliation with professional staffing firms,
as well as our own contacts and interaction in the field; we are capable
enough to help you find and retain qualified personnel. While this can pertain
to essentially any professional discipline, we concentrate more on physical
and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, pharmacists and
nurses. The service can take several forms:

Temporary:
Provide us a job order on an unfilled position that you either wish to fill
temporarily or are willing to fill with a temporary worker until a qualified
candidate is found to take the job on a more permanent basis. In this
scenario, our candidate may be interested in taking the job after a period
of time in the temporary position. (“Temp to
Perm”)
While in the temporary position, you pay us an hourly rate; and the
candidate is our employee. Our rate is all inclusive of payroll taxes,
benefits, etc.

Contingency Search:
(Direct search and placement through a contingency search). Provide us the
details on an unfilled position (a job order); and we will recruit for a
match. You only pay us a fee if we should produce a candidate you hire. We
will handle recruiting, qualifying, and setting up interviews.

Retained Search:
(Direct search and placement through a retained search). Here, you provide
us a “retainer” and an exclusive right to recruit for this position. In this
case, we will put a higher priority on finding the right candidate for you
in order to promote your facility through a website design and materials
that provide all pertinent information to your town and its advantages. The
retainer is a portion of the fee, with the remainder paid upon the candidate
going to work.

PEO
(Professional
Employee Organization): Product can be thought of as “Full Service Staffing”. In short,
you outsource all your staffing needs (except physicians) to us. We will
handle the full human resource function including hiring, firing, payroll,
benefits, discipline, etc.
