Bob Kruse: President
Bob's involvement in this venture brings together his resources of entrepreneurial experience, international contacts, healthcare management, marketing, and back office support. Bob and his wife Lola began Kruse & Associates, Inc. (www.kruseassoc.com) in late 1993, and have added two staffing and one international division during that time. His entrepreneurial attitude with Rajeev's resources is a natural extension and use of resources already in place. Bob's earlier experience includes hospital CEO, President of a start-up manufacturing company, and a sole proprietor in the financial services industry. With a master in healthcare management, he has been effectively guiding the Kruse family of companies through both rapid growth and market downturns.

Rajeev Rajagopal: Vice President
Rajeev Rajagopal runs the operations of the company from NY. He also manages all international contacts and supports clients. He is a physical therapist by profession and has a great deal of experience in US and Internationally. Having worked for several years as a physical therapist and a practice management consultant in NY, he has seen the difficulties in running a medical establishment "up close and personal". He has given lectures and educational speeches on clinical reimbursement issues and helped offices maximize their productivity. He is highly involved in identifying problem areas in businesses and making sure that OSI is always ready with the right solutions.

William Sullivan: Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bill brings many years of experience in sales and management to the table. Before joining OSI he was the President of Strategic Internet Technologies for the IPG Company in Orlando, FL where he handled customer service, product development, training and recruiting for their national sales force of over 300 representatives nationwide. He also founded and ran his own Christian newspaper for six years. Under his sales & marketing experience we are implementing a national sales force and establishing OSI as a leader in the outsourcing field. Bill is involved in OSI's day to day marketing and sales activities.
