According to the latest Black Book survey, medical coding outsourcing and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) efforts have seen more accurate claims coding, increased case mix indexes, and enhanced operational efficiencies. The survey was conducted to determine the highest ranked client experience vendors for 2017.
